Miami native rapper Rick Ross has been named a Defendant in a civil lawsuit involving allegations of rape in a California hotel. The unnamed victim filed the hotel rape case under a fake name, as is common with victims of sexual assault. This 'Jane Doe' anonymous filing allows the Plaintiff to maintain her privacy, despite bringing a public lawsuit.
The inadequate security lawsuit claims that the victim was raped by a member of Ross's crew and that Ross and his security failed to protect the rape victim. Apparently, the victim was drugged in Rick Ross's van, woke up in the LA hotel and had been sexually assault. At this time, Rick Ross has not responded to the rape allegations.
